d9ca839792 Coin selection is done from a single control 
There were three places to select the coin type, which was getting
confusing. Only one place to select it is needed.

bade150497 bip32.org format not used for seed 
ie put the bip39 seed directly into bip32 without hashing it first like
bip32.org does with passphrases.
