e80955983d remove sourceMappingURL=zxcvbn.js.map 
just remove this line, if not every time we run the converter it searches for the map file. It is not enough to uncomment this line.

Polyfill for ArrayBuffer.isView is required for phantomjs-2.1.1 but
seems not required in modern browsers. I'll keep it there because the
tests need to pass.
