MickLesk 87c26b56bd fix(reactive-resume): update for v5.1.4 compatibility
- Replace obsolete PRINTER_ENDPOINT with ENCRYPTION_SECRET in .env
(PDF generation moved client-side in v5.1.0; AI providers require
  ENCRYPTION_SECRET since v5.1.4)
- Add commented REDIS_URL for the new AI Agent workspace (optional)
- Inject ENCRYPTION_SECRET into existing installs on update if missing

MickLesk 81737f733f fix(reactive-resume): use pnpm deploy instead of cp -rL for runtime externals
cp -rL follows pnpm's circular symlink chains (sharp, @aws-sdk both have
pkg/node_modules/pkg loops in the virtual store) causing infinite path
recursion and 'File name too long' errors.

Use pnpm deploy --legacy which is exactly what the upstream Dockerfile does:
it creates a flat, real-file node_modules with no symlinks. cp -r (no -L)
then copies it cleanly into apps/web/node_modules/.

MickLesk 6181e5aad4 fix(reactive-resume): drop @aws-sdk/client-s3 from cp -rL step
@aws-sdk/client-s3 has a pathologically deep pnpm virtual store symlink
tree; cp -rL follows the chain into thousands of nested client-s3 dirs
causing 'File name too long' errors. S3 is an optional storage backend
so skip it. bcrypt, sharp, linkedom and ioredis are unaffected.

MickLesk 0938891e77 fix(reactive-resume): copy runtime externals with cp -rL instead of symlinks
pnpm symlink chains (our link -> packages/runtime-externals/node_modules/
-> pnpm virtual store) are not reliably followed by Node.js ESM resolution.
The upstream Dockerfile uses pnpm deploy which produces real files.
Replicate that by using cp -rL to dereference all symlinks and copy the
actual package files into apps/web/node_modules/.

MickLesk f52b055350 fix(reactive-resume): use shamefully-hoist to expose pnpm externals
Replace the broken npm-install workaround with a simpler approach:
write shamefully-hoist=true to .npmrc before pnpm install. This causes
pnpm to hoist all packages to root node_modules/, including bcrypt, sharp,
linkedom etc. (deps of @reactive-resume/runtime-externals), making them
resolvable by the Nitro server at runtime.

The upstream repo has no .npmrc, so git reset --hard leaves this file
untouched on updates. The file is written before each pnpm install in
both install and update scripts to ensure it is always in place.

MickLesk 5a322a4593 fix(reactive-resume): install Nitro runtime externals after build
bcrypt, sharp, and linkedom are marked as Rolldown externals in
apps/web/vite.config.ts and belong to the @reactive-resume/runtime-externals
workspace package, but apps/web does not declare that package as a direct
dependency. With pnpm strict node_modules, this means the packages are never
symlinked into apps/web/node_modules/, causing ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND at
runtime when the Nitro server tries to import them.

Fix: after pnpm run build, use npm to install the three required packages
directly into apps/web/node_modules/ without modifying package.json.

Applies to both fresh install and update scripts.

CanbiZ (MickLesk) 62e3335adf Reactive-Resume: add git dependency for v5.0.13+ (#13133)
* fix(reactive-resume): add git dependency for v5.0.13+

Reactive Resume v5.0.13 uses vite-plus (vp config) in its prepare
script which requires git. Without it, pnpm install fails with
'git command not found' (ELIFECYCLE exit code 1).

Closes #13110

* Add dependency check for git before stopping services

CanbiZ (MickLesk) d45129c039 Reactive-Resume: Upgrade Node to 24 and enable Corepack (#13093)
Bump Node.js from 22 to 24 in the Reactive Resume install and update scripts. Invoke setup_nodejs during update, and enable Corepack (with COREPACK_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_PROMPT=0) and run corepack prepare --activate before running pnpm install in both install and update flows. This ensures pnpm is available and non-interactive on Node 24 and prevents download prompts during CI/automated updates.

CanbiZ (MickLesk) d38ca1a7fc Reactive Resume: rewrite for v5 using original repo amruthpilla/reactive-resume (#12705)
* fix(reactive-resume): rewrite for v5 using original repo amruthpillai/reactive-resume

Replaces lazy-media fork with original upstream repo (amruthpillai/reactive-resume).
Rewrites install script for v5 architecture:
- TanStack Start / Drizzle ORM single-package build
- Headless Chromium for PDF generation (replaces Browserless)
- Local filesystem storage (removes MinIO dependency)
- Node 24 + pnpm
- Runtime: node .output/server/index.mjs

CanbiZ (MickLesk) dbdd891a99 several scripts: add additional github link in source (#12282)
* fix(error-handler): prevent silent() from re-enabling error handling during recovery

Root cause: silent() (core.func) unconditionally calls set -Eeuo pipefail
and trap 'error_handler' ERR after every command. When build_container()
intentionally disables error handling for its recovery section, any
intermediate call through silent()/ re-enables it. This causes the
grep/sed pipeline for missing_cmd extraction to trigger error_handler
(grep returns exit code 1 on no match + pipefail = fatal).

Fixes:
1. silent(): Save errexit state before disabling, only restore if it was
active. Callers that intentionally disabled error handling (e.g.
build_container recovery) are no longer silently re-enabled.

2. build.func: Add || true to missing_cmd grep pipeline as defense-in-depth
   against pipeline failure propagation.

3. build.func: Add explicit set +Eeuo pipefail / trap - ERR after
post_update_to_api() call, before error classification grep/sed section.

4. build.func: Remove stale global combined_log variable from variables()
that used a different path format (/tmp/install-SESSION-combined.log)
than the actual local variable (/tmp/NSAPP-CTID-SESSION.log). The global
was never written to and caused confusion when error_handler displayed it.

* Update build.func

* chore(install): add Github source links to all setup_nodejs scripts

52 install scripts had a project website in '# Source:' but no GitHub
link. Merged the GitHub repo URL into the Source header as:
  # Source: https://website.com/ | Github: https://github.com/OWNER/REPO

Repos sourced from fetch_and_deploy_gh_release calls, get_latest_github_release
calls, or known project repos for npm/pip installed apps.

Two scripts (fumadocs, pve-scripts-local) had no Source line at all —
added one. Shinobi skipped (GitLab-only, no GitHub repo).

* chore(install): add Github source links to all fetch_and_deploy scripts

77 additional install scripts had fetch_and_deploy_gh_release calls but
no GitHub link in the Source header. Merged the primary app repo into
the Source header as:
  # Source: https://website.com/ | Github: https://github.com/OWNER/REPO

Where multiple fetch_and_deploy calls existed (app + dependency), the
primary app repo was selected:
- ersatztv: ErsatzTV/ErsatzTV (not ffmpeg)
- firefly: firefly-iii/firefly-iii (not data-importer)
- komga: gotson/komga (not kepubify dep)
- sabnzbd: sabnzbd/sabnzbd (not par2cmdline-turbo dep)
- signoz: SigNoz/signoz (not otel-collector)
- tunarr: chrisbenincasa/tunarr (not ffmpeg dep)

Also fixed cosmos-install.sh double https:// in Source URL.

Skipped: autocaliweb (source already on codeberg, GitHub repos are deps only)

* revert: restore misc/build.func and misc/core.func to main state

These error-handler fixes belong to fix/error-handler-recovery, not to
this sources-only branch.

* chore(ct,tools): sync Source headers with install/ and add Github links to addon scripts
